It's a Grand Prix Horse!

I can't believe it's taken me this long to update, but Godot SSF (Sammy) is officially a Grand Prix horse!!!

We made our debut in Vernon, BC, for so many wonderful reasons including the chance to mark this special occasion in front of my parents and many long time friends and supporters. In front of esteemed judge Joan McCartney, Sammy earned a very high score of 69.8% in his first effort and finished the weekend as FEI Champion and we were the Judge's Pick for Most Harmonious Ride.

A few weeks later we went on to show again at the Tilted Tiara show in Calgary, AB, again winning both Grand Prix tests and finishing as FEI Champion once more! This horse is a dream!

It is a privilege beyond belief to have a horse from his three year old year and be able to bring him all the way up to the Grand Prix. I am SO VERY THANKFUL to Scot Tolman and his family at Shooting Star Farm for trusting me with this special horse's education. I believe that Scot is breeding absolutely world class horses in North America and am excited to have three more SSF youngsters in my stable!

There will be more news coming soon about my journey with Sammy, stay tuned!
