March has been a busy month for the All Points Dressage team in Florida...
Alexa Derr and her own Versace made their successful debut at Intermediare II, just one step away from the Grand Prix. While this is an accomplishment worth celebrating any day, it is especially fun because only one year ago Alexa was very excited to make her fourth level debut with V. That is getting a lot done in a short time! Showing in four classes over two weekends, Alexa rode with purpose and skill, and their last test in Wellington was certainly their best! The future is bright for Alexa and Versace, and the whole team is so glad her hard work this winter paid off with such great tests!
Meanwhile, Eiren took Lisa T Smith's two boys out for their North American debuts! Five year old Bacary and four year old Bellamy were stars at the busy Global show grounds, both earning blue ribbons and top scores (72% and 75% respectively)! These two youngsters are super talents for the future and with delightful personalities that make them standouts in the barn. Lisa sure can pick a great horse and we are thrilled to have the opportunity to bring them along!
One more show on the schedule for the 2017 Florida season and then it will be time to pack up and head north again!
