Eiren and Dejavu, a 12 year old Hessen gelding owned by Sonia Zugel, made their debut at Dressage at Devon CDI small tour. Friday's terrible weather brought out a lot of challenges for Dejavu's focus and unfortunately a lot of marks were lost due to tension in the Prix St George. However Saturday's Intermediate 1 showed a return to their normal, confident form and a major jump in placings, finishing with a 67.053% and a respectable 9th place. While there were still quite a few mistakes, Eiren was very happy with Dejavu's attitude and willingness to trust her in such a big environment. Good boy, Dude!
