Growing up with horses, Eiren knew at an early age that she wanted to make a career of working with these special animals. She left Canada in 2002 to be a groom for Lars Petersen, who was then ranked #2 in the world, and never looked back.

She stayed in the US until 2008, when she went to Germany to work as Rider for Olympic Gold Medalist, Ingrid Klimke. There she assisted in the development and training of both dressage and three-day event horses. Ingrid’s commitment to conditioning the whole equine athlete is a mainstay of Eiren’s training program, using cavaletti and other cross-training techniques to bring out the best in her dressage horses.

After her time with Ingrid, Eiren went out on her own and became Head Rider at the breeding station Gestut Letterberg and the international sales barn of Hermann Gösmeier. Eiren accepted a position as Rider with two-time Olympian Morten Thomsen in Denmark, who is renowned for his in-hand and ground work with the horses.   Throughout all of these opportunities, Eiren had the opportunity to develop her skills as a competition rider, from young horses and stallions in qualifications for national championships and breed performance tests, to horses in the performance ring through Grand Prix.

After almost seven years of training and competing in Europe, Eiren moved back to the US and became the head rider and trainer for All Points Dressage.  Based just north of Baltimore, MD and wintering in Florida, All Points Dressage specialized in developing and selling super quality horses for the North American market. During this time Eiren competed successfully at prestigious events like Dressage at Devon (PA) and at the Global Dressage circuit in Wellington (FL).  Along with her own accomplishments, Eiren took pride in helping her working students and clients grow and find success with their horses. From young horse classes to CDI Grand Prix, Eiren was running a busy and successful program.

After 16 years away Eiren returned to Canada, where she spent just over three years in Alberta, developing her own horses and helping her riders achieve their dreams of moving up the levels and achieving FEI success. In the spring of 2024 Eiren moved All Points Dressage Inc. to the beautiful Corner Creek Farm in Oyama, BC. There she is focusing on developing horses in training and for sale, as well as coaching dedicated riders from Juniors to FEI competition.

Eiren has remained committed to a busy clinic schedule throughout North America.

Ashley Holzer
Four Time Olympian

"Eiren Crawford is not only a wonderful rider, she is also a kind honest and trustworthy person. She truly believes in the horses she sells. I first met Eiren in Denmark when she was stabled with Andreas Helgestrand. I was looking for a schoolmaster Grand Prix horse for Brittany Fraser. The horse Eiren showed me was exactly what we needed. She also showed me her 3 year old Sir Donnerhall mare. She practically forced me to buy her saying I would regret it if I didn't and she was right! That mare, (Valentine), is now 6 and one of the most talented and kindest horses I have in my stable. She just won a 2nd level test with over 75 percent from a famous FEI judge!

Thank you Eiren!  If it wasn't for you I would not be the proud owner of Valentine!"

Alexa Derr
Prix St. George Dressage

“I met Eiren when I filled her temporary working student position. I can attest that horses love her and their jobs because of her clear aids, encouraging personality, and cross training techniques. She is a very effective rider with an endless toolbox of exercises to have success with all types of horses and riders. She has dramatically improved my own riding and training process while successfully helping me rehab my horse Versace back to full-time FEI work. Under her teaching and keen eye, Versace and I debuted PSG together with scores up to 72%! I am a huge advocate for Eiren personally and professionally. The United States is lucky to have her!”

Jill Frumin
Adult Amateur

"As if having an FEI trainer in Florida recommend Eiren as the best trainer to work with in the Maryland area isn’t high enough praise, Eiren welcomed this Adult Amateur with open arms.  Eiren has an excellent eye and an never-ending number of exercises to correct the many issues that result from trying to climb the ladder to Prix St. Georges and beyond.  She is kind and funny and allows me a safe place to confront whatever issue we currently face.  She consistently finds a way to break down each problem into manageable pieces and then correct it!  Several students at my barn have started lessons with Eiren and they feel the same way about her that I do.  I look forward to every lesson with Eiren because she is a terrific instructor and a wonderful person too!

She has my highest recommendation!"
